We at Itchycats believe that your personal information should remain as private as possible. Our Privacy Policy is maintained to keep you Ð and your information safe from prying eyes. We do not share, or sale any of your information to any third party companies, or affiliates (we hate spam just as much as you do). Itchycats values the privacy of its customers, and exercises rigorous efforts to maintain your confidence. Your privacy, and the trust of our customers is of extreme importance to us.

Customer Information

Itchycats requires certain information at the time of signup and in the course of providing customer support. This information is necessary for us to provide quality service and support. This information is never released to others, unless we are ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction to do so. Itchycats has never sold or rented customer lists or any other customer information, and Itchycats will never do so.

Usage Information

Itchycats only has the ability to monitor our servers to the extent necessary to ensure that high standards of maintenance are met. Itchycats does not monitor or record any activities of our customers.

Civil Investigation

Itchycats will not release a customer's personal information to investigators, attorneys, or agencies unless we are directed to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction in the matter. If there is a hearing in court, the customer will be notified so they will have an opportunity to contest the surrender of personal information. We do not monitor or log the account usage of any of our customers.
